Everything is under way. Bread is baked, danish is rolled, cookies are done, cakes are decorated. Monday, Paul will be on the radio, and June 16 he will have the grand ribbon cutting opening. All the kids work at the bakery, including older ones that have moved out of the house. Two fifteen in the morning comes pretty early for us old people but we are doing it.

It works out OK if you go to bed with the six o'clock news. Bakers kiss their social life good bye!
But, they never get cold in the winter. We speak from experience and knew what you were in for. Never say that we did not warn you!
